Ministry support ...

The Refuge is primarily sponsored and funded by Woodland Hills Church. Most of the adults that are involved with The Refuge are also from Woodland Hills. Although in years past, churches like Biltmore Baptist, Gateway Christian Community Church and Forks of Ivy Baptist Church have all been involved. Currently, Forks of Ivy and Mars Hill College are partnering with Woodland Hills Church to make The Refuge possible.

Dirk Helmling is the College Pastor at Woodland Hills Church and Marty Gilbert is a professor at Mars Hill College. Together, they are spearheading this vital ministry on the campus of MHC.
